This
is the Sheffield station, named for Sheffield Clarke who
started me in the hobby. The station is kind of run
down- hmmm... typical for Amtrak. |
My
favorite engine! in front of a partially burned down signal
tower. (I got that idea from Sellios of course...)
It was an Atlas kit to which I burned- this works better on
wood than plastic (trust me!) The supports were made of
strip wood. |
This
tower started as a Kibri kit to which I reworked and
scratchbuilt the upper level (with interior detail.)
Still have some work on the base to do.... (PS- that's
my second favorite engine in the background.) |
This
was yet another Kibri kit, also heavily reworked. The
addition is cut from Magnuson parts- with a shingled
roof. I have yet to detail this one though... |
