Bob Lenz's layout was my first tour and it was great.  Check out Bob's scenery!  Bob had black lights wired in with his overhead lighting so that he could switch to night operations.  The buildings on the layout were lighted and he used some fluorescent paint on the backdrop to simulate lights (and starts) in the distance.
