Now you KNOW we're not going to tell you what we did at night!  Sheesh.  But we did actually go out and have some wonderful dinners and some amazing walks on the beach.  Our package came with a "dinner for 2 on the beach," so the first 6 pics are from that night.  The dinner that night was okay, but the atmosphere was superb!  We even had a band to serenade us.  

These photos, and the two below, are from the Mexican restaurant.  We liked it so much we ate there twice. Ang was looking amazing, as she did every night, and she had a made-at-your-table bananas flambe dessert. My crème Brule came on a nice musically inspired plate (and the design was made of chocolate, so you know it didn't survive much past this picture.) 

Next we have a couple general nighttime shots and a picture of the inside of the Asian restaurant. 

The Asian restaurant was good, but we only ate there once. We were starting to get used to 5 course meals though and they didn't disappoint.  Last shot is Ang with her standby drink of the trip: the Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri.
