This is the pottery hut.  You can choose a piece of pottery and paint it however you like.  Some have patterns drawn on them and some are plain.  Doing the pottery thing was Ang's idea, but I quickly spun it out of control.  She chose a modest dish with some lines on it and I chose a huge platter that was blank.  And off we went.  Now you might wonder why there are no photos of Ang working on her bowl.  Well, there are only pictures of me because Ang had probably already been done for like a half hour or so.  Once my creative juices started flowing, there was no holding back the flood.  I used all of my model train and building painting prowess and techniques and went a bit crazy.  meanwhile, Ang had done two bowls, gotten us drinks, and read part of a book.

It was a much more fun process than I had originally thought it would be.  Thanks Ang!!  8.025 coats of paint later and I'm done!

Here are the after shots.  They all came out great and look amazing once they were glazed!  As you can see, Ang has two and I have one.  And she's cuter too.
